Aspire Loyalty Travel Solutions, a division of Bridge2 Solutions, is seeking a
seasoned travel related Automation Specialist with five or more years of experience partnering with both internal and external senior stakeholders to solve their biggest, most complex business problems while bridging the gap between the business solutions and requirements developed for a technical audience.  The role requires a person who has a deep curiosity to not only understand business needs but is excited to become a functional expert and advocate for those needs throughout the travel delivery cycle.  The ideal individual can deliver autonomously after a basic understanding of their role for any given project.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage production support and enhancements for the mid office travel environment.
  • Responsible for the relationship and ensuring service level agreements are met by our mid office third party vendor.
  • Work with technology, vendors and GDS provider to launch and rollout quality control products and enhancements.
  • Overall, assistance with development of the product strategy for the mid-office while ensuring efficiencies with our customer facing roles and back office accounting.
  • Provide process re-engineering where necessary to reduce the cost of any platform products and improve business satisfaction.
  • Establish, monitor and report on key business metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Measure and monitor user satisfaction level and take appropriate corrective actions as necessary.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on all programs and policies/regulations for the various mid-office vendors.
  • Must be able to manage several projects at the same time. Ensure timely delivery of projects within deadlines. Communicate with several departments to coordinate project development.
  • Pro-actively stays informed about all airline rules and regulations, and other travel industry requirements.
  • Build absolute engagement and alignment with partners – establishing instant and sustainable relationships.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Advanced GDS Experience including intermediate to advanced knowledge of travel technology platforms including self-booking tools
  • Understanding of airline ticketing and fare rules
  • Experience in managing extensive rules-based systems and programs
  • Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into effective written, spoken and visual communications.
  • Excellent active listening, personal organization and attention to detail skills
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve business and technical problems.
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse and differently motivated individuals, groups, and departments.
  • Ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment.
  • Familiarity with standard forms of Use Cases, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows and Requirements
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio (or equivalent)
  • Experience with data analysis tools and / or SQL
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Effective meeting facilitation skills
